Vertical Form Fill Sealing Machine
Our offered High Speed Vertical Form Fill Sealing Machine are the automated assembly-line product packaging systems that are commonly used for packaging of Liquid, Semi Liquid and Pastes This ingenious machine makes plastic bags from a flat roll of plastic film while simultaneously stuffing the bags with product and sealing the filled bags. In the whole packing systems, the products can be both solid and liquid. These are provided with proper positioning of the bars in these servo controlled machines that help to eliminate static charges on the film. 915 bars are placed before the sealing bar, as per the drawing. Any left our static charge on the film is neutralized, avoiding dust attraction and facilitating full sealing. The placement of the bars facilitates the filling tube to be simply removed or excha
