Our long association with Europe's highly experienced manufacturer of Polyurethane elastomers & systems has proved instrumental in developing (in close co-ordination with our esteemed customers) numerous applications of cast polyurethane for various market segments like : High Performance Rollers for Steel Mills ( ECL line, Galvanising Line & Color Coating Line), Heavy Duty Urethane Casters, High Wear Resist PU Linings etc. PTG was started by Mr. Sanjay CHOUBEY who holds Master of Engineering in Polymer Tech from India's premier institute coupled with in excess of 15 years in-depth experience on High Polymers & Elastomers application developments with various industries like Engineering, Material Handling, Steel, Mining, Construction, Automotives etc

We have capabilities to offer products with Hardness Range 10 ShoreA to 85 ShoreD. Major Applications: Steel Mills, Paper Mills, Textile Mills Roller Covering, Conveyour Rollers, Color Coating Rollers, Lacquering Rollers, Castor wheels, Vibro bowls lining, Mining Screens, Pads, Seals etc. ·
